Request a Transcript/Diploma
Email the following information to Kasey Guchereau: kguchereau@apsbonline.org
- A copy of your driver’s license
- Name of Graduating School
- Year of Graduation
- Last 4 digits of your social security number
- How do you want to recieve your transcript/diploma
**Please note – This office only provides transcripts of students who have graduated. If you have not graduated and need a transcript, you will need to contact the last High School you attended.
**Please know that it may take up to a week to process.
