Volunteers with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana gave out new shoes to the students at Central Rayne Kindergarten on Friday, September 20. Nearly 200 students were fitted and were allowed to pick out their own shoes.
This was done in partnership with Operation Warm, which is a national non-profit group dedicated to providing help for children in need. We are so appreciative of the volunteers and the program to have all these students head into the fall and winter season with new shoes.
